Is the diving in Trincomalee worth it in June? Are there any accessible shipwrecks for an Advanced Open Water diver?

Yes, the MV Cordiality is a massive shipwreck near Trincomalee. It is largely intact and sitting at around 18-25 meters, perfect for an AOW diver. There are also older wrecks like the British aircraft wrecks from WWII.

June is peak season for the East Coast, so visibility in Trinco is amazing right now! You definitely need to dive the Swami Rock area.

Awesome, I will ask the local dive shops about the MV Cordiality. Thanks!
