Yes, St Lucias Cathedral in Kotahena, Colombo, is open daily to visitors. It is the oldest and largest parish cathedral in Sri Lanka. Tourists can respectfully wander inside to admire the incredibly massive, sweeping Gothic architecture and the beautiful stained glass windows anytime from early morning until the early evening, outside of the main mass hours.
