Suitcase on Raja Veediya at 9.36 toward Goods Shed - allowed or will police send us around
If the 9.45 luxury is real we have maybe ten minutes. One wheeled suitcase. Raja Veediya looks thinner. Is rolling a bag through the leftover crowd a police problem or just ugly.

They are unwinding a religious street, not running an airport. Wheels on an uneven kerb with husks is also how a bag dies. Inland one block is faster than arguing with a cone.
A suitcase in a leftover Perahera crowd is how you hit ankles and meet a whistle. If you are going, carry it, do not roll it through people. If you cannot see pavement, you have already missed the 9.45. Sleep.
9.36 to a 9.45 departure is already fantasy if you are not in sight of Goods Shed. Do not run.
