10.13, Dalada edge. Sweepers are doing the husks. A line of cones is still in the carriageway. The earlier thread was dung-vs-pavement as a walk. Last jeep was whether uniforms were packing up. We need to cross to the hotel alley. Follow the brooms or respect the cones.

Cones are the traffic plan. Brooms are municipal or a contractor. If a cone is still in the lane, the lane is not yours. Cross at a gap a uniform is already using, or wait. Do not kick a cone "because the sweeper went through."
Walk the pavement the sweeper already cleared. Do not pick a path through leftover chairs and dung because it is shorter. Alley from the inland side if you can.
We waited for a sweeper to pass, stepped between two cones, got whistled back. Pavement after that. Correct.
