I want to try the food from train vendors but I have health concerns about the hygiene Is it safe for sensitive stomachs

The freshly fried vadai (lentil fritters) are usually safe because they are cooked at high heat. Avoid pre-cut fruit or anything with cold water.

The salt is fine but the fruit might not be washed with filtered water.
