Family of 4 (kids 8 and 14). Seeing USD 35 adult / 20 child on blogs. Can we buy online? Can we go up, come down for lunch, go up again? Drone in the bag (do not shout at me).

CCF foreign full ticket people cite is USD 35, child 20, SAARC relief exists if you show the passport at the counter. Guides checking CCF in April: e-ticket valid 90 days from order, collect at the site, single entry that day, no refund. Filming and drones need prior written CCF approval. Do not launch at the rock. Use whatever price the CCF page shows at checkout as the last word.

Bought online, took passports, one climb, 45-60 min up in the heat. Start at opening. Pidurangala is the cheap sunrise alternative.

Photo of the passport on the phone was not enough at one gate we used later. Carry the book.
