What was the housing project the Indian Vice President launched today?

During his visit today April 19, Vice President C. P. Radhakrishnan virtually handed over 4,000 houses built under Phase III of the Indian Housing Project. These are primarily for plantation workers of Indian origin Tamil communities. He also reviewed the 450 million dollar Cyclone Ditwah aid package which is funding rehabilitation in the North and East. He is scheduled to visit Nuwara Eliya tomorrow to meet some of the families directly.
