I know the official taxis are inside, but I want to use the PickMe app to save money. Where is the pickup spot?

You have to walk out of the terminal, cross the access road, and head towards the outer car park. They are not allowed to loiter in the prime VIP pickup lanes right outside the glass doors.

Honestly, after a 12 hour flight, dragging my bags to the outer lot wasn't worth saving $5. I just paid the official airport taxi desk inside.

Message the driver on the app as soon as they accept. Tell them you are standing near the "Departures ramp" or "Car park A". English is widely understood.
