To experience the absolute best, properly brewed traditional Ceylon tea in Colombo, head straight to the Dilmah t Lounge located at Independence Arcade. They serve premium, single estate teas correctly brewed using hourglass timers.
The Halpe Tea Deck in Colombo 03 is another fantastic option. They offer a beautiful, quiet setting where you can sample highly authentic, unblended black and white teas straight from their mountain estates.
