To find the best cheap local food near Hiriketiya, you must leave the bay and walk ten minutes to the main Dikwella road. There you will find Roti Hut, a humble food cart serving incredible sweet and savory stuffed rotis, and Garlic Cafe, which offers massive portions of highly authentic rice and curry at local prices.
