Dialog is the undisputed king of coverage in the mountainous areas. Even on the train ride through the valleys, Dialog manages to hold a 3G/4G signal much longer than other providers.

Definitely Dialog. I hotspot my laptop from my phone in Ella and took Zoom calls without any drops.

If you are staying in a remote guesthouse high up on a hill in Ella, ask your host before booking. Sometimes the geography blocks one tower and favors another, but 90% of the time, Dialog wins.
