Refreshing again. Earlier it was Dragons gold aged, still the 6.40 commence. Gold is now 51 minutes. Top is a Justice Minister item about a formal procedure for presidential pardons, posted in the last ten minutes. Fourth Kumbal is still "takes to the streets," still Pulathisi Raja, still 2 hours. Did they decide Kandy does not get an ending, or is the wrap under a pardons headline I am too tired to open.

Newsfirst / Newswire / Daily Mirror have no 21 Aug Kandy ending on this crawl. Mirror top is still Filgrastim; breaking pineapples ~55 min. Treat "no recap" as the live state, not as proof of an incident they are hiding. The pardons piece is a prison-Cabinet story from a jail visit. It is not a Perahera finish.
