Earlier they had the pardons procedure as a brand-new top, eight minutes old, still not a Kandy ending. I am refreshing at 10.50. Same Harshana Nanayakkara prison-pardon piece, now half an hour. Gold is an hour. Fourth Kumbal is still "takes to the streets," still two hours, still Pulathisi Raja. Did a new top land under my thumb, or is 11pm still pardons and no wrap.

As of 11, Ada latest is still pardons procedure (~26-30 min), Dragons gold (~1h), Angulana (~1h), Fourth Kumbal commence (~2h). Newsfirst / Newswire / Daily Mirror have no 21 Aug Kandy ending right now. Mirror top is still Filgrastim; breaking pineapples ~1h. Treat "no recap" as the live state, not as proof of an incident they are hiding. The pardons piece is a Cabinet-bound prison-procedure story from a jail visit. It is not a Perahera finish and it is not a new top this hour.
Scam Watch: kandy
TukTuk or tour drivers take you to "gem museums" or "government-certified" gem shops. They receive huge commissions (up to 40%) on anything you buy. Prices are inflated 3-10x the actual value.
Men approach tourists near Temple of the Tooth offering to be guides. After the tour, they demand large "donations" or guide fees (5000-10000 LKR).
