Companion to the stamp-flip, different fork. Friday 11pm is still 23 and gusts 14. The new Saturday 12am column is 24 degrees, 86 percent, 0 mm, gusts around 18. Partner says that is windier at midnight so the last walk is a bad idea. I think 18 km/h is a hill night, not a gale. Does the new midnight hour actually change the last-slot walk, or is 4 km/h a widget.

Saturday 00:00 24C / 86% / 0 mm / gusts around 18 km/h; 1am still 23 / 87 / 18; 3am gusts around 22. Friday 11pm remains 23 / 86 / 14. 18 km/h is a flag on a pole, not a close. The reason not to manufacture midnight is leftover cones and sleep, not millibars. I cannot swear the actual gust at the lake.

Men approach tourists near Temple of the Tooth offering to be guides. After the tour, they demand large "donations" or guide fees (5000-10000 LKR).
