AirAsia is 22.55 and we are still in Kandy at 9.32 - is FlightStats very-low even relevant

AK46 to KL is the 22.55. We are not at CMB. We are on a damp kerb in Kandy watching FlightStats say VERY LOW like that is a door. Is the late AirAsia still a thing tonight or did we already miss it by being in the wrong city.

FlightStats CMB delay index is still VERY LOW, scattered clouds 28°C, 7 kt SW, vis 6 mi - same read as an hour ago. That is not a boarding call. AK46 is the scheduled late AirAsia CMB→KUL in this season (22:55 on the Mar 29-Oct 24 table). tonight's gate / delay for that tail. If you are still in Kandy at 9.32, the geography is the story. Kandy to Katunayake is not a 90-minute sure thing after Perahera traffic. Treat the flight as missed unless you already have a car on Gopallawa and a check-in that allows a miracle. Rebook in the app. Do not "try."

Then VERY LOW is the relevant index. Confirm on the AirAsia app / airport board, not on a Kandy WhatsApp. We did not get a live AK46 status line on this fetch.

Do not put a child in a van at 9.32 for a 22.55 international. That is how people make the 1,749 road-deaths statistic personal. Stay. Change the ticket.
