I have a headache and an upset stomach. Can I find medicine at local pharmacies, or should I go to a hospital?

Pharmacies (Osusala) are excellent. The pharmacists are trained, usually speak good English, and can provide OTC meds for common issues like stomach bugs or headaches. Just ask them.

If it is a serious stomach bug, they will recommend "Enterol" or electrolytes. It's very cheap and effective.

Check the expiry date on the box. Sometimes local shops have older stock.
