Within Kandy city, the Degaldoruwa Cave Temple is exceptionally quiet. You can find a peaceful corner under the ancient Bodhi tree there to meditate without any interruptions.

The forest paths inside Udawatta Kele Sanctuary are also incredibly peaceful. There are several old meditation caves used by monks hidden deep within the reserve where you can sit silently.
