Best easy-access sunrise photography locations with good foregrounds?

East coast beaches (Nilaveli, Pasikudah area) offer flat, open foregrounds with dramatic skies. Some reservoirs and tanks have beautiful reflections and silhouetted trees or structures. Galle Fort ramparts or nearby beaches can work for sunrise with the fort walls or fishing boats as foreground. Lipton's Seat area has tea field foregrounds if you're willing to get there early by vehicle. Many guesthouses with east-facing views can be perfect - you don't even need to leave the property.
