Blue Beach Island is a stunning hidden tombolo near Nilwella, just east of Dickwella. During low tide, a natural sandbar connects the island to the mainland, allowing you to simply walk across.

It is an incredible spot for snorkeling and completely undeveloped. Make sure you check the local tide times before you go so your walk across the sandbar is safe and easy.
