Yes, you can visit but you must be very respectful as it is a working library. Visiting hours for tourists are usually between four and six in the evening. You need to leave your bags at the security desk. Photography is strictly forbidden inside the reading rooms to avoid disturbing students, but you can photograph the beautiful architecture from the gardens outside.
