We want to get an aerial video of the blue train crossing the bridge. Is it legal.

Flying drones near the highly iconic Nine Arch Bridge is incredibly heavily strictly regulated. You absolutely unequivocally must obtain prior explicit permission from the Sri Lankan Civil Aviation Authority before launching any aerial device over the active railway tracks.

Local police and railway security frequently actively patrol the immediate bridge area during the scheduled train crossings. If you attempt to illegally launch a drone without proper documentation they will absolutely instantly aggressively confiscate your highly expensive equipment and issue a massive severe fine.
