We are not asking if tuks are nosing or if the first engine happened two hours ago. We have the rental two streets off. Partner wants to roll Dalada as a drive now that the 4th has been in for ninety-plus minutes and Ada still has not wrapped. Cones may still be in the lane. Is 10.30 actually driveable for a car or still a pedestrian leftover with no jeep to ask.

William Gopallawa Mawatha and Old Peradeniya Road were the published vehicle corridors during the loop, not a promise Dalada Veediya is a two-way at 22:30. If cones are still in the carriageway, the lane is not yours. Do not be the car that "tests" a religious street because Ada has not posted a finish. Season hotline 081 22 33 333. Loud horns were banned during - still do not horn the precinct on the way through.

Driveable means a uniform is already waving cars, or the cones are stacked and the lane has ordinary traffic. A quiet street with leftover tape is not an invitation. Inland to Gopallawa, then wherever maps actually send you. 1,749 dead on the road this year as of yesterday.

We nosed in at 10.28, saw a cone line, reversed. Two extra minutes. Correct.

Reversing. Inland to Gopallawa. Not testing the cone line.
