East is still 30 at 8pm after today's caution advisory - AC died, is sleeping with the window open stupid

Trinco room AC clicked off around 7. Host is coming. It is still 30 and wet. Mosquitoes already voted yes on the window. Advisory was daytime caution-level. Do we open the window and take the bites or sit in a closed box until the guy with the remote appears.

Closed box without AC is worse than a screened window. If there is no screen, pick the lesser hell: one window + coil / plug-in + repellent, not six open windows. Drink water. If anyone is confused or stops sweating, that is heat illness - find a lobby with a working unit. Host "coming" can mean 20 minutes or morning.

We slept in the hotel restaurant at 11 until they reset the breaker. Worth the awkwardness.
