Extending tourist visa - do it in galle or have to go colombo?

Still have to go to Colombo main office for extension I think. Some regional places might help with paperwork but final is Colombo. Check official site or ask your guesthouse, they usually know current process. Better start early anyway.

Yeah mostly Colombo. Galle immigration can sometimes assist but extension is done in capital. Plan a trip there if needed.
