FlightStats CMB is No Change and broken clouds at 11.20 - fly Saturday and still make 6.28
Earlier it was very-low-but-increasing. Then it flipped to decreasing. I refreshed at 11.20. Now it says very-low No Change, last updated 57 minutes ago, sky broken clouds not scattered, wind 9 kt SW not 8. If someone flies into CMB Saturday to stand 6.28 the same day, is No Change the all-clear, or is 11.20 in Kandy still not an airport.

Live page just now: CMB VERY LOW, trend No Change, last updated ~57 min; broken clouds, 28C, wind 9 kt SW, vis 6 mi. That is a tag flip plus a cloud-cover word, not a Saturday 22 Aug boarding pass. Same-day CMB to Kandy for 6:28 PM is a morning-or-earlier arrival problem, not a Friday 23:20 index. Check their flight Saturday morning. If nobody is flying, this is a Kandy irrelevance - sleep.
Do not leave tonight for CMB because an index flipped (that road is closed as a thread). 1,749.

TukTuk or tour drivers take you to "gem museums" or "government-certified" gem shops. They receive huge commissions (up to 40%) on anything you buy. Prices are inflated 3-10x the actual value.
Men approach tourists near Temple of the Tooth offering to be guides. After the tour, they demand large "donations" or guide fees (5000-10000 LKR).
