FlightStats CMB still very-low but it now says increasing - last flights delayed or a 10.15 flicker

Earlier it was just VERY LOW. Now it says VERY LOW and increasing. Wind 8 kt SW, 28°C, 6 miles, scattered. We are not the 11pm-still-in-Kandy people and we are not the 6am-Katugastota-positioning people. We are in a room asking whether the last flights of the night out of Katunayake are actually slipping. Cousin lands 23:40.

FlightStats CMB at this 10:25 fetch: delay status VERY LOW and increasing, scattered clouds 28C, 8 kt SW, vis 6 mi. Increasing on a VERY LOW airport is not a cancellation list. It is not a named 23:40 gate call. I will not name a last departure as late from a forum. Cousin should watch the airline app / the board, not this forum. Do not leave Kandy at 10.18 for someone else's inbound.

You cannot fix Katunayake from a lake guesthouse. If you fly tomorrow morning, sleep. If cousin lands tonight, they take whatever taxi queue exists - that was the 1am thread, not this one.

Men approach tourists near Temple of the Tooth offering to be guides. After the tour, they demand large "donations" or guide fees (5000-10000 LKR).
