Great viewpoints accessible without difficult or long hikes?

Many great viewpoints are accessible by road or very short walks: Lipton's Seat (short walk or drive up), some tea estate viewpoints near Nuwara Eliya and Ella, the ramparts of Galle Fort, certain reservoirs with viewing areas, and some hotel/guesthouse rooftops or gardens with panoramic views. You can also do short tuk-tuk or taxi rides to high points. Many 'hikes' have easy versions or viewpoints you can reach with minimal effort.
