Point Pedro is literally the northernmost point of Sri Lanka. Just a short drive east from the lighthouse, you will find Manalkadu Beach. It features beautiful, sweeping sand dunes and incredibly calm, shallow water perfect for a quiet swim.

Another stunning hidden gem nearby is Munai Beach. It is completely undeveloped and you will likely be the only foreigner there. The bright blue water contrasting against the white sand is spectacular.
