It's been quieter than peak season this week, which makes it more pleasant. Still some people but not overwhelming. The cove is small so it can feel busier than it actually is when there are 30-40 people. Mornings are usually calmer. If you're looking for a more peaceful beach experience, there are quieter options nearby, but Hiriketiya is still nice when it's not at its busiest. The week has been good for it actually — not too crowded but still has a nice atmosphere.

Quieter than peak this week. Mornings are calmer. Still nice but not empty. Good time to visit if you want to avoid the busiest periods.
