Peessa Falls is a spectacular hidden plunge waterfall in the Uva province. To find the natural rock pools, you must hike through a highly scenic, unmarked jungle path. Hiring a local from the nearby village is strongly recommended.

Once you arrive, you will find perfectly calm, clear pools at the base of the roaring falls. It is incredibly isolated, so you will likely have the entire natural swimming area completely to yourself.
