To travel from Kandy to Sigiriya by bus, you must first take any direct bus heading north towards Dambulla. The journey takes about two hours. Once you reach the main Dambulla bus station, you can easily catch a quick local bus or hire a tuk tuk for the short final ride to Sigiriya.
