Most tourist rental companies (like TukTuk Rental) actually offer vehicles with Bluetooth speakers already installed as an add-on! If yours does not have one, do not splice any wires to install a car stereo yourself, or you will lose your deposit. Just buy a loud, battery-powered JBL speaker and strap it securely to the metal grab rail inside the cab.

Confirming this. If you cut our electrical harnesses, we charge you for a full rewiring. Use a portable speaker.

Be respectful when driving through small villages at night. Turn the bass down so you do not wake up the locals.
