We only have ten days. Can we realistically see the mountains beaches and the north.

Ten days is absolutely not enough time to see the entire island. You must completely skip either the deep north or the eastern beaches to make the trip enjoyable and avoid massive travel fatigue.

Focus entirely on a tight geographic loop. Do Sigiriya for culture Kandy and Ella for the mountains and end with three relaxing days on the southern beaches before driving directly back to the airport.
