Is Pekoe Trail stage 10 suitable for a one day hike?

I am staying in the hill country and want to try the most scenic part of the Pekoe Trail. Is stage 10 from Tientsin to Bogawantalawa manageable in five hours.

Stage 10 is widely considered the crown jewel of the trail. It takes you through the heart of the Golden Valley of tea and is approximately fifteen kilometers long. It is definitely manageable in five hours for a person with moderate fitness. The paths are well maintained and offer panoramic views of the estates. Make sure to arrange your transport from Bogawantalawa back to your hotel in advance as public buses are infrequent.
