No the Adisham Bungalow which currently functions as an incredibly peaceful active Benedictine monastery absolutely does not open to the public every day to preserve the quiet meditative environment for the monks.

Tourists are strictly only permitted to enter the beautiful historic gardens and view the completely preserved colonial rooms exclusively on weekends specifically Saturdays and Sundays and occasionally on major public holidays. You must absolutely check the calendar before making the long drive up the mountain.
