It is a mix of both. While it is organized for visitors, the food prepared is exactly what we eat in the villages. You will see how we grind coconut and cook over wood fires using clay pots. The bullock cart ride is mostly for fun, but the scenery across the lake and the traditional lunch served on a lotus leaf are genuinely delicious and representative of our hospitality.
