Trying to get around the south coast. Does Uber actually work inside Galle Fort or should I just flag a tuk tuk.

Uber does not work well in Galle. Use the local app PickMe instead, it is much more reliable here. However, for short trips just inside or directly outside the Fort, hailing a tuk tuk off the street and negotiating is faster.
