Kandy 6am is 22 and 89 percent - light layer for theva not for 6:28 PM dusk
Woke up to the 6am column at 22 degrees and 89 percent. Partner is packing the same layer we were not supposed to put in the bag last night for 6:28 PM. I think 22 at theva is a different hour from 25 at dusk. Layer for the walk to the door now, or is 22 actually warm once we move.

6am 22 C / 89 percent / gusts 25. 6pm 25 C / 0 mm. A light layer for a 6am walk to theva is sense. It is not a reason to costume 6:28 PM. 25 C at dusk is not cold.
Carry it, do not perform it. Shoulders covered for the door anyway.
