Mirissa vs Tangalle - which south coast beach is better for a genuinely quiet holiday?

Mirissa: beautiful crescent bay, excellent for swimming and sunsets, but the main beach strip is lined with party restaurants and beach bars - some play music until 1-2am. Genuinely busy from November to April. Still lovely, but not quiet.

Tangalle: more authentic, fewer package tourists, several distinct beaches:
- Medaketiya Beach (long main beach) - wide, spacious, far fewer people
- Tangalle Bay - calmer, used mainly by local fishing boats, very peaceful
