Drones are heavily restricted. What are good ways to get interesting elevated or wide shots?

Many viewpoints, temple platforms, reservoir bunds, tea estate roads, and hilltop locations offer excellent elevated perspectives without needing a drone. Using a good wide-angle lens or shooting panoramas from accessible high points can create compelling wide shots. Some hotels and guesthouses have rooftops or elevated gardens with good views. The key is finding locations with interesting foregrounds and clear sightlines. Local drivers and guides often know the best accessible spots for different types of shots. Being creative with composition from ground level or slight elevations often produces better results than drone shots anyway. Many stunning images are taken from places you can reach on foot or by short vehicle access.

Will focus on accessible viewpoints and wide-angle work. Many great shots don't need drones anyway.
