Quiet stays for yoga wellness away from Ahangama parties
Ahangama beach looks amazing but I heard the beach bars play loud music until 3 AM. Are there quiet wellness stays nearby for yoga where I can actually sleep.

Yes, but you MUST book inland. The beach road is packed with party venues. Walk 10 to 15 minutes up the inland roads towards the jungle, and you will find lovely, silent wellness retreats and boutique stays (like Gitano House or local eco-lodges) with peaceful gardens perfect for yoga. They are infinitely quieter.
I stayed slightly inland near Kabalana. Waking up to the peacocks and doing yoga in the garden was perfect.
Plus, the inland stays usually offer incredible traditional Ayurvedic breakfasts.
