We rented a tuk tuk with a massive sound system. If we park near the beach and play chill music for morning meditation, will locals complain about the noise.

Yes, they will. Morning time (between 5 AM and 8 AM) is when locals do their own prayers, get kids ready for school, and enjoy the peace. Blasting music from a tuk-tuk, even if it is chill yoga music, is considered highly obnoxious and disrespectful in residential beach areas. Keep it to headphones or a small portable speaker on low volume.

Just listen to the ocean waves. That is the best meditation soundtrack anyway.
