I want to see tea being processed when the factories are busiest. Is that possible?

Many tea factories welcome visitors year-round, but during peak harvest and processing periods the activity level is higher and you can see the full workflow more clearly. Some smaller or heritage estates are particularly good at explaining the process during busy times. It's worth asking specifically about current processing activity when planning a visit. The experience is more dynamic when the factory is running at full capacity. Some estates coordinate visits with their production schedule when possible.

The busiest periods are usually right after major harvests. Factories are happy to show the process when it's actually happening.
