We want to be at Worlds End before the mist rolls in. How early can we enter the park gates.

The ticket gates at Horton Plains National Park open at 6:00 AM. It takes about an hour to drive there from Nuwara Eliya, so you should leave your hotel by 5:00 AM at the latest.
