Not the Perahera-seat guy and not the "cancel Booking.com" message. This is a direct Instagram stay near Hiriketiya. Nice photos, 4.8 from 12 reviews, wants a deposit to a personal name that night because "August is busy". Do people actually do this.

Western Union / MoneyGram to a personal name before you have a pin is how people fund a stranger. Use Booking.com / a card you can chargeback, or pay on arrival.
