We want authentic photos of the tea pluckers. Which stages run through the busiest estates.

To photograph the tea workers, Stage 2 from Galaha to Loolecondera and Stage 10 through the Dayagama estates are phenomenal. These paths cut directly through the oldest and most active working tea fields in the country.

You will see hundreds of women expertly plucking tea leaves in the early mornings. Always smile and politely ask for permission before taking close up photos of them working.

If you take photos, it is a kind gesture to offer a small tip or share some snacks with them, as their work is incredibly physically demanding.
