Is the park area around the tower flat enough to push a baby pram.

The lower biodiversity park at Ambuluwawa is incredibly beautiful and features wide paved pathways that are generally safe and completely fine for pushing a sturdy stroller. It is highly peaceful and filled with exotic plants.

However the actual road leading from the main gate up the mountain to the complex is incredibly steep winding and bumpy. You absolutely must hire a local tuk tuk to drive you and your folded stroller to the top as walking it with a toddler is exhausting. Once inside the park base you can easily walk around safely.
