Tourists are practically entirely unaffected by fuel quotas now. While local three wheelers still have a generous weekly limit on their QR code passes, it is vastly more than enough for them to conduct standard full day tours for foreigners without any issues.

You do not need to worry about your driver running out of petrol in the middle of a trip. The supply is fully stabilized, and drivers plan their fuel allowances perfectly to accommodate their tourist bookings.
