I have the CAA registration. Are there any specific rules against flying drones over the tea estates to get video of the tea pluckers?

Legally, with CAA clearance, you can fly in unrestricted airspace. Culturally, flying a noisy drone close over the heads of women trying to work for minimum wage is considered highly rude and intrusive. Keep it high up for landscape shots, do not hover right over the workers.

Excellent point on the ethics of it. I will keep it high for wide landscape pans only. Thanks.

Also, be careful of high-tension power lines hidden in the valleys. A friend of mine crashed his DJI Mavic straight into an invisible wire in Ella.
