Did the Sri Lanka Transport Board hit a revenue record this New Year?

The SLTB officially announced today that it earned a record breaking revenue of 1 billion rupees during the Sinhala and Tamil New Year festive season. This was primarily driven by the massive deployment of additional bus services, including special services on the expressways to facilitate people returning to their hometowns and back to Colombo.
